Dulce Pinzón's Superheroes project is pure genius. While addressing the important issue of immigration that is at the forefront of politics, she manages to make the subject approachable. We featured one of these images a couple of weeks back as Picture of the Week and also mentioned her 18 month Superheroes Calendar that benefits NICE- New Immigrant Community Empowerment, in Jackson Heights, Queens. The calendar is available through NICE. Here's a look at the people behind the headlines.
