Yes, I heard this on NPR yesterday. My favorite quote from Block's interview with Levitt:
"Since I'm inarticulate, I express myself with images."
Maybe she was inarticulate, but it was wonderful to see this articulated. Many photographers are asked to explain their work. The most successful work, including hers, speaks for itself.
